Job summary

The Corner Store at The Cosmopolitan, part of MGM Resorts International, is hiring a Food & Beverage Runner to support a vibrant, high-energy dining concept in Las Vegas. You’ll greet guests, expedite dishes, describe menu items, and help maintain a seamless service flow in a fast-paced resort environment.

This role requires weekend/holiday shifts, 21+ years of age, and experience in fine dining or similar resort settings. Perks include meals, parking, and access to employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage service, preferably in fine dining.
• Strong guest-service orientation with the ability to describe dishes.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Expedite food from kitchen to table according to service sequence.
• Describe dishes and menu features to guests as needed.
• Assist with opening/closing side-work and station cleanliness.
