Job summary

Top Quality Recruitment (TQR) seeks a Business Development Engineer to identify and grow opportunities within the Food & Beverage sector. You will blend technical knowledge with sales acumen to deliver customized solutions, build strategic customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.

You will lead cross-functional teams, influence at the C-level, and develop a robust pipeline across dairy, beverage, brewing, plant-based, and protein sectors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue high-value opportunities in dairy, beverage, brewing, plant-based, and protein sectors.
• Lead greenfield, brownfield, and retrofit pursuits with regional/global teams.
• Conduct plant visits and OEM/integrator meetings to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Develop understanding of F&B process equipment and automation architectures; advise on sensors and digitalization.
