Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Florida is seeking a General Manager of F&B Outlets to lead hands-on restaurant operations and drive guest experiences across hotel dining venues. You will oversee food and beverage activities, ensuring top-quality service and profitability, while guiding and mentoring the F&B team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ of successful restaurant management experience.
• Passionate about Internal Hospitality and embrace core values.
• Strong problem resolution skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to navigate important conversations.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on leadership from check-in to food service and daily operations oversight.
• Oversee food and beverage across hotel space to ensure maximum profits and guest experiences are achieved.
• Maintain the highest standard of service and quality including food production, equipment use and control, banquet, room, beverage, and purchasing.
• Lead, mentor, and train the Food & Beverage operations team.
• Implement and monitor ordering and receiving program for proper quantities and prices.
• Act as an ambassador for the IRHG and provide leadership and planning to all F&B Outlet departments.
