Job summary

Meadowood Napa Valley seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Outlet Manager to lead the F&B team across The Pool, Terrace Café, Forum, and Private Dining. You will coach staff, manage budgets and guest experiences with a passion for wine and hospitality, ensuring Meadowood’s standards are upheld.

The role requires five+ years in F&B leadership, strong service, budgeting and regulatory knowledge, and a proactive, team-oriented approach within a luxury resort in Napa Valley.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in Food & Beverage management.
• Two years of experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, preferably at Relais & Châteaux or equivalent.
• Knowledge of wines with focus on Napa Valley and California wineries.
• Working knowledge of California Wage and Hour laws and relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience with a focus on service excellence across all F&B venues.
• Oversee hiring, coaching and development of F&B staff and supervisors.
• Maintain standards and ensure compliance with Meadowood policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review daily reports, budgets and labor metrics with the F&B Director.
• Ensure staff training, safety, and wine/service knowledge across venues.
