Job summary

Meadowood Napa Valley is seeking a Food and Beverage Outlet Manager to lead The Pool Terrace Café, Forum, In-room Dining and Private Dining venues, partnering with the F&B Director to deliver exceptional hospitality, oversee staff, and uphold Meadowood’s standards of service, wine knowledge and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in Food and Beverage management.
• Two years experience as a Food and Beverage Manager, preferably at a Relais & Chateaux (or equivalent) hotel.
• Strong knowledge of wines, with focus on Napa Valley and California wineries.
• Working knowledge of State of California Wage and Hour laws.

Responsibilities

• Guest Satisfaction: monitor service levels and guest feedback, ensure VIPs and special guests are well cared for.
• Financial: assist in budgeting, labor costs, and reviewing monthly financials and variances.
• Staff Management & Development: supervise F&B staff, oversee hiring, training, and cross-training.
• Standards Development & Maintenance: ensure compliance with liquor regulations and Meadowood standards.
• Reporting: prepare daily reports on operations, sales, labor, and issues.
• General: stay informed on industry trends and Meadowood services.
