Job summary

Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to ensure all department operations align with company objectives and gaming regulations. You will lead team members, monitor service quality, and enforce health, safety, and liquor rules while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of supervisory restaurant or beverage experience and hold a HS diploma or GED, with appropriate licensure.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ supervisory experience in a restaurant or beverage department required.
• HS Diploma or GED Required.
• Appropriate licenser.

Responsibilities

• Interacts effectively with the public and Team Members; provides excellent customer service.
• Assists Food and Beverage Manager in enforcing policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with health, liquor and safety regulations and federal/state/local laws.
• Maintains knowledge of food safety standards and completes related training.
• Supervises and trains Team Members; schedules and evaluates performance.
• Ensures smooth floor operations and optimal customer satisfaction.
