Catawba-Two-Kings-Casino is seeking a Manager of In-Room Dining, Team Dining Room, and Banquets to lead three connected service areas for guests and employees across a 385-room hotel and a large workforce. You will coordinate with the Production Kitchen, implement IRD systems, and drive high standards in banquets and events.

• Minimum 4 years of hospitality management experience with exposure to hotel in-room dining, employee dining, or banquet operations.
• Experience with hotel property management systems and room service platforms (Hoteza, HotSOS, or equivalent) preferred.
• Catering or event management background a strong asset.
• Must hold ServSafe Food Handler and ServSafe Alcohol Certification prior to starting the position.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Catawba Gaming License.
• Must adhere to all casino employment and background check requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee in-room dining operations coordinating with the Production Kitchen on service timing and guest communication.
• Manage 24/7 employee dining for up to 2,500 team members across 300 seats and ensure meal program execution.
• Lead banquet and events support including equipment staging, mobile bar setup, and BEO execution.
• Coordinate with culinary leadership on menu programming and food quality standards.
• Manage Agilysys Catering & Sales system for event coordination and logistics.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop IRD attendants, coordinators, TDR staff, and banquet servers.
• Monitor labor, COGS, and supply costs; submit financial recaps to F&B leadership.
