Job summary

Catawba Two Kings Casino is seeking a Director of Beverage to oversee all beverage service and bar programs across the property, including the casino floor, bars, and VIP lounge. You will develop cocktail programs, manage a large beverage team, and drive standards for a 24/7 resort environment.

Responsibilities include strategic leadership, budget and compliance management, staff development, and collaboration with Gaming and Operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of beverage management with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple outlets in a casino, resort, or large-scale entertainment venue.
Deep knowledge of cocktail programs, spirits curation, wine, and bar operations across multiple service styles.
Experience with casino POS systems (InfoGenesis, IGfly) preferred.
ServSafe Food Handler and ServSafe Alcohol Certification required prior to starting the position.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership for all non-restaurant beverage outlets and the casino beverage server program.
Own and elevate the VIP Players' Lounge beverage experience including ultra-premium spirits program curation and signature cocktail offerings.
Oversee casino beverage server operations across multiple bars ensuring systems and service standards are met.
Develop station coverage models for beverage servers based on floor density and peak hours.
Manage budgets, COGS, labor, inventory, and compliance with regulatory standards.
