Job summary

China Lake Golf Course is seeking an experienced food and beverage supervisor to manage daily F&B operations, oversee staffing and budgeting, and ensure profitable service. You will coordinate with cooks and event staff for parties and banquets, and enforce safety and sanitation standards.

The role focuses on menu adherence, recipe standardization, inventory control, and cost monitoring to meet financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the food and beverage operation, including staffing, overhead costs, and sales to meet profit goals.
• Adhere to established menus, standardize recipes, test items, and coordinate with the designated Manager.
• Place orders through procurement; inspect deliveries for quantity and quality; establish stock levels and prevent pilferage, spoilage, waste. Maintains inventory and cost cards; monitor portion controls and cost of goods.
