Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 3-5 years of culinary experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of food & beverage management experience.
• ServSafe Certification is required.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work irregular shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production, preparation, and presentation of all food for concessions and events.
• Manage ongoing facility schedules.
• Hire, train, mentor, supervise and evaluate team members.
• Open and close food areas.
• Budget and monitor weekly food and labor costs and quality control.
• Research new products and create menu ideas reflecting demand/trends.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage inventory.
• Ensure health and safety practices and inspections.
• Organize catering for events and coordinate with Managers for special events.
• Oversee daily operations and promotional activities for FEC.
• Be primary contact for events and bookings.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
