As an F&B Operations Manager, you are responsible for delivering superior Food and Beverage Service and maximizing customer service. This position reports to the Director of F&B and Culinary Experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating daily bar and restaurant management operations.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to bar and restaurant customers.
- Delegate responsibilities and supervise business operations.
- Hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance, and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities.
- Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and colleagues.
- Monitoring store inventory activity and ensuring proper provisions.
- Manage procurement/purchasing and vendor relations.
- Provide effective and efficient processes and strategies to evolve revenues and controls on expenses (generate and manage cost reports).
- Establish and achieve business and profit objectives - Financial responsibility of bars.
- Ensure staff members follow company policies and procedures.
- Operating equipment responsibility.
- Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in management or related field.
- Fluent in English and other languages preferred.
- Proven Leadership skills.
- Proven Food and Beverage management experience.
- Up to date with Food & Beverage trends and best practices.
- Communication, leadership skills, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently, conflict resolution.
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
