Job summary

High Peaks Resort in Lake Placid, NY, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee all F&B operations, ensuring top quality, service, and marketing of outlets including restaurant, in-room dining, and event catering.

You will hire, train, supervise, and schedule staff, collaborate with culinary, sales, and front-of-house teams to enhance guest experiences, implement menu rollouts, and drive cost-effective labor planning while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-volume food & beverage operations.
• Proven ability to hire, train, supervise and schedule staff across multiple outlets.
• Knowledge of menu rollouts, promotions and guest marketing strategies.
• Strong focus on safety, health regulations and labor cost control.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise and schedule Food & Beverage staff in line with business needs and service standards.
• Coordinate with Banquet Manager, Culinary Team, Sales, Marketing and Front of House to enhance guest experience across outlets.
• Oversee all F&B operations including a’la carte, in-room dining, poolside, Lake House bar and banquet services.
