Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of F&B leadership in upscale hospitality, multi‑outlet experience, and strong people management skills. Marriott or luxury hotel background is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of proven Food & Beverage leadership experience in hotel or upscale hospitality.
• Experience with Executive Lounge, In‑Room Dining, restaurant, bar, or banquet operations preferred.
• Experience managing multiple outlets or venues is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest experience.
• Food Handler and TIPS certifications required.
• Food Manager certification preferred.
• Experience with Marriott or luxury hotel is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, train, and develop a team.
• Flexible to work AM and PM shifts, weekends and holidays based on business needs.
• Knowledge of MICROS or similar POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of Executive Lounge and In‑Room Dining with focus on guest experience.
• Support daily operation of F&B outlets and provide leadership coverage as needed.
• Lead restaurant service, banquet, and high‑volume operations.
• Maintain hands‑on presence and actively support the team during service.
• Ensure staffing, setup, organization, and prep for exceptional guest experience.
• Coach and develop F&B associates and uphold standards.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and evaluations.
• Monitor schedules and manage labor costs based on business levels.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Banquets, Sales and other departments.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service requirements are met.
• Support beverage operations including ordering and inventory controls.
• Maintain inventory of operating supplies and equipment.
• Plan and execute promotions and events to enhance guest experience and revenue.
• Communicate clearly with associates, guests, and leaders.
