Job summary

KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations, manage inventories and budgeting, and ensure service excellence across all venues. You will supervise staff, coordinate training, and maintain compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing opening/closing procedures, inventory control, FIFO, and POS updates while driving guest satisfaction and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Preferred Education: Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field.
• 10 years in Food & Beverage
• 5 years in Food & Beverage Management
• Experience in hospitality industry such as hotels and resorts
• Proven food and beverage management experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office, restaurant management software, POS
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
• Communication and leadership skills
• Up to date with food and beverage trends and best practices
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
• Guest-oriented and service-minded
• Prior experience in a related position

Responsibilities

• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budget and to high standards.
• Lead F&B team by attracting, training and appraising personnel.
• Ensure excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
• Complete opening and closing duties and maintain supplies.
• Inspect storage areas for organization and cleanliness (FIFO).
• Complete inventories and requisition supplies.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety and guest well-being.
• Print, file and maintain financial reports at day end.
• Maintain POS with price/menu changes.
• Ensure safety policies and certifications are followed.
• Develop positive working relationships and mentor staff.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
