Job summary

Sodexo Live! invites a college student to join its Intern – Food and Beverage Operations program at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The role focuses on assisting in delivering exceptional dining experiences and collaborating with culinary and operations teams to execute events that meet client specifications.

As part of the Sodexo Live! Internship Program, you will gain hands-on hospitality exposure, mentorship from a Sodexo Live!

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college with studies in hospitality, food management, or related fields.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize while working independently or on a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong ability to connect with others and build positive relationships.
• Experience interfacing with multiple departments to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing catered and quick serve functions.
• Work with culinary and operations staff to ensure events run smoothly.
• Support adherence to client specifications and Sodexo Live! standards.
• Contribute to revenue and operational excellence through systems and policies.
