Job summary

Camelback Resort is seeking an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to oversee day-to-day operations across all F&B outlets during peak seasons. You will drive profitability, maintain service standards, and lead a team of managers and staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years in F&B leadership, RAMP and ServSafe certifications, and a proven ability to manage high-volume operations with strong guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Directs and organizes day-to-day activities of all Food & Beverage outlets across seasonal operations.
• Collaborates with Leadership to execute departmental strategies and meet daily and long-term needs.
• Oversees staffing, scheduling, and labor cost controls, ensuring profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Develops SOPs and policies; maintains standards for quality, service, cleanliness, merchandising, and presentation.
• Analyzes KPIs to identify gaps and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Supports development of attractive menus in collaboration with culinary leadership.
• Ensures compliance with applicable regulations including RAMP and ServSafe.
• Provides leadership and development opportunities for Restaurant General Managers and staff.
