Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Food & Beverage leadership team.
• Coordinate private dining reservations and restaurant group bookings by creating reservations, preparing BEOs, distributing menus, and communicating event details.
• Assist with menu development and administration by formatting, editing, proofreading, printing, and distributing menus.
• Maintain department calendars, special event schedules, and training materials.
• Track and process Food & Beverage invoices and assist with budgeting tasks.
• Coordinate office operations and maintain departmental files and forms.
• Support guest special requests and guest experiences across outlets.
