Job summary

Radley Run Country Club is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the Director of Food & Beverage. You will help manage all outlets, banquets, and events while leading the food & beverage team to deliver high service standards and controlled costs.

You will maintain payroll accuracy, generate POS and revenue reports, and ensure safety and sanitation programs across all areas of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Ability to prepare and/or serve foods and beverages and supervise employees.
• Associate’s degree in culinary arts or business management required.
• Food safety certification and alcoholic beverage certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all food and beverage operations across outlets, banquets, and events.
• Supervise staff, schedule, train, and evaluate assigned personnel.
• Maintain costs, payroll records, and revenue control procedures.
• Produce daily revenue analyses and POS closeouts.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and energy management programs are in place.
• Coordinate with directors and managers to meet budgets and guest satisfaction.
