Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a full-time Director, Food and Beverage Operations for the Hotel Operations Team based in Miami. The role drives F&B and restaurant performance across the fleet, partnering with culinary, housekeeping, entertainment and guest services to deliver exceptional service and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of restaurant or related senior management experience.
• Proven leadership and food and beverage management abilities.
• Proven strategic business management knowledge with financial, product, quality, HR and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee F&B and Restaurant operations through Directors, Traveling Directors and Restaurant Operations Managers.
• Drive revenue growth and fleetwide performance with strategic initiatives (targeted improvements).
• Direct F&B and restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery and strong guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to elevate guest satisfaction and service ratings.
• Mentor and develop future leaders; participate in hiring and training of F&B management fleet.
• Provide guidance to shipboard F&B Directors and Restaurant Managers for performance excellence.
• Lead the launch of new restaurant venues and oversee technology platform implementations (XDining, InfoGenesis, Hybris, Fidelio, AS400, GuestSense, RS App).
• Manage FOH cost controls and inventory systems to promote efficiency across the fleet.
• Oversee strategic partnerships (e.g., Daniel Boulud, Skullmapping, DineAware) and ensure alignment with operations.
