Arcis Golf is seeking a Restaurant/F&B leader at Eagle Brook Country Club in Geneva, IL. You will oversee selection, development and retention of talented F&B staff, ensure financial targets, and deliver exceptional guest service.

This role requires strong communication, planning, and team leadership to drive quality and financial results across the department. You will collaborate across departments, ensure compliance with program standards, and implement short- and long-term plans to elevate

Responsibilities

• Responsible for selection, development and retention of talented food and beverage staff
• Ensure financial targets are met and appropriate accounting procedures followed
• Oversee food and beverage operations with emphasis on guest service
• Address guest and member requests with clear action plans
• Create and execute short and long-term plans to improve quality and financial results
• Coordinate effectively with other departments
