Job summary

Arcis Golf’s Eagle Brook Country Club in Geneva, IL seeks a Food & Beverage leader to select, develop, and retain staff while achieving financial targets and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee operations, respond to member requests, and implement strategic plans to improve quality and financial results.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on service excellence and cross-department collaboration.
