Job summary

Collingswood, NJ-based food & beverage manufacturer seeks an experienced Project Manager-Manufacturing to plan, manage, and execute plant operation projects. You will collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to ensure timely project completion.

Responsibilities include leading equipment installation, managing new technology implementations, developing budgets and technical plans, coordinating across sites, and tracking progress with Gantt charts.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of project management experience, manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in Food & Beverage industry and plant operations.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of CAD, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration on site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute projects related to plant operations.
• Lead equipment installation projects to optimize production and workflow.
• Oversee new technology implementations (mechanization and robotics).
• Develop designs, budgets, layouts, and technical plans while maintaining supplier relationships.
• Coordinate multiple projects across sites and track progress with Gantt charts.
