Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of senior-level experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a country club, resort, or fine dining setting.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and financial performance in food and beverage operations.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in wine, spirits, and fine dining service standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering high-quality guest experiences.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service and outstanding guest experiences.
• Manage and mentor a dynamic team of kitchen and dining staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Develop menus in collaboration with the culinary team to reflect current trends and guest preferences.
• Drive performance by analyzing revenue, controlling costs, and adhering to budgets.

• Build relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable contracts.
• Plan and execute events, banquets, and special dining initiatives in alignment with the club’s upscale standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to continuously elevate the dining experience.
