Job summary

Racine Country Club in Racine, WI seeks a seasoned Food & Beverage Manager to lead front-of-house operations across the Main Clubhouse, Billows Lodge, and Oasis Grill. You will guide service standards, manage staff performance, and collaborate with the Assistant F&B Director to drive consistent, memorable member experiences.

This role emphasizes hospitality leadership, scheduling, training, and adherence to safety requirements; a track record in high-volume settings and experience with POS

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience.
• Strong leadership and staff development in a high-volume hospitality setting.
• Familiarity with POS systems and MS Office applications such as Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily front-of-house operations across dining venues.
• Schedule, recruit, train, and coach service staff.
• Maintain exceptional service standards and ensure consistent execution.
