The Biltmore Los Angeles, part of Millennium Hotels & Resorts, seeks an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and profitability.

Candidate must have experience working with UNITE HERE Local 11 and a strong background in hospitality leadership, budgeting, and service excellence. Onsite role with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

• Proven experience in food and beverage management in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent financial acumen, budgeting and revenue management.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily pre-shift meetings to communicate specials and offerings to the F&B team.
• Ensure compliance with UNITE HERE Local 11 collective bargaining agreements and labor policies.
• Oversee F&B operations, ensuring quality service and guest engagement.
• Address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage events, contracts, deposits, and new business opportunities.
• Maintain standard operating procedures, safety, and sanitation checklists.
