Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at the Pier House Resort and Spa in Key West, FL. You will oversee front-of-house operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across our restaurant and hotel services.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of supervisory F&B experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends,

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; degree preferred.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in food & beverage.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-of-house operations for the restaurant/hotel.
• Provide training, direction, supervision, and hands-on support.
• Direct associates and supervisors to meet goals of the F&B operation.
• Ensure proper food and beverage preparation and hygiene standards.
• Hire and train service staff.
• Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts to maintain positive team environment.
• Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing.
• Perform other duties to meet business objectives.
