Job summary

Babcock National Golf Club, part of Troon, in Punta Gorda, FL, seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily F&B operations and guest service. You will supervise staff, coordinate with the Executive Chef, manage inventory and supplier relations, and uphold sanitation and safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in F&B management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Food & Beverage management.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ensure sanitation standards and food safety compliance.
• Develop and train teams; interview, hire, and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily F&B operations across outlets and catering.
• Supervise inventories and par levels; manage ordering and vendors.
• Coordinate menu design and pricing with the Executive Chef.
• Maintain reports on production and requisitions; manage costs.
• Develop training programs and monitor staff performance.
• Foster supplier relationships and implement best practices.
