Job Summary: Flights Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and quality. This role includes managing the cafe and banquet services, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all areas.
Responsibilities:
- General Management:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback efficiently.
- Oversee banquet operations, including event planning and execution.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage banquet staff and ensure smooth service during events.
- Monitor banquet setup and breakdown processes.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Schedule shifts and manage payroll.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to staff.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Cafe Oversight:
- Manage cafe operations, including inventory and supply management.
- Ensure timely and efficient service in the cafe.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards for beverages and food items.
- Coordinate with suppliers for cafe inventory.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Implement marketing strategies to attract customers.
- Promote special events and offers.
- Maintain the restaurant's online presence and reputation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
