Job Summary: Flights Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and quality. This role includes managing the cafe and banquet services, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all areas.

Responsibilities:

• General Management:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback efficiently.
• Oversee banquet operations, including event planning and execution.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage banquet staff and ensure smooth service during events.
• Monitor banquet setup and breakdown processes.
• Staff Management:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
  • Schedule shifts and manage payroll.
