GreatLIFE Golf & Fitness Club is seeking a Food & Beverage Kitchen Lead to join our Willows - Sioux Falls restaurant team. You will lead kitchen staff, prepare menu items to established recipes, and ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience for members and guests.

The role emphasizes teamwork, training, inventory awareness, and strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards within a vibrant club environment.

Qualifications

• Lead and support kitchen team during assigned shifts.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portions, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, temperature control, and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Assist with opening and closing kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food and supply levels and communicate inventory or ordering needs to management.

• Assist with opening and closing kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food and supply levels and communicate inventory or ordering needs to management.
• Help minimize food waste and control portion sizes.
• Train and assist new kitchen team members on procedures and expectations.
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house team and management.
• Help identify and resolve operational or guest-service issues during shifts.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is used properly and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all company policies and applicable food safety and health regulations.
• Perform other food and beverage duties as assigned. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
