Specific Responsibilities

• Be a welcoming first impression of GreatLIFE
• Knowledgeable, friendly, outgoing and provide a high-quality Member experience
• Develop and teach group fitness class-transitioning, queuing, timing, stamina and mobility to teach class, ability to teach a wide variety of members with varying levels of fitness
• Connect with class participants before and after class
• Relay information to members about upcoming promotions and events

Knowledge, Skills, and Traits

• Must hold a nationally recognized certification in their specialty area
• CPR/AED Certified
• Perform duties with positive attitude and professionalism
