Job summary

Disney Experiences in Rancho Mirage, CA seeks an Administrative & Inventory Coordinator to support Food & Beverage operations and site administration. You will own end-to-end procure-to-pay, focusing on high-volume purchasing, receiving, and inventory controls, while collaborating with Lifestyle, Member Services, Community Operations, and Sales.

You will report to the Head Chef and contribute to streamlined purchasing, receiving, and payment processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in administrative support, food & beverage, inventory, or supply chain operations.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and track purchase orders across multiple business lines.
• Receive, inspect, and validate deliveries for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and execute inventory transactions.
• Review contracts to understand payment terms and process invoices daily.
• Serve as liaison across Culinary, Operations, Finance, and Vendor partners.
