Job summary

Cinépolis USA is seeking a seasoned F&B Catalog Manager based in Dallas to oversee the F&B catalog, costing, and POS-related requests. This role focuses on standardization across systems, recipe costing accuracy, and supplier data integrity.

You will collaborate with the F&B team on new menus, pricing changes, and monthly purchasing dashboards while supporting cinema operations and inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in F&B operations, inventory, cost control, or purchasing.
• Knowledge of F&B industry and inventory management systems.
• Experience with ERP, POS, purchasing systems.
• Fluent in English; Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain F&B interfaces and data integrity across systems.
• Map new items and substitutes in F&B interfaces.
• Ensure correct units of measurement for F&B items.
• Update catalogs by removing inactive items.
• Analyze recipes and correct costing discrepancies.
• Provide POS support including price changes and routing updates.
• Support menu implementations and price changes with POS integration.
• Monthly update of purchasing dashboards for F&B.
• Assist during monthly inventory and support regional ops managers.
• Own menu rollouts, pricing changes, and POS configuration.
