Qualifications

ROLE PURPOSE

Responsible for managing and maintaining the F&B Catalog, ensuring standardization and consistency across the different systems. COGS and recipe analysis, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Service to cinemas on recipes, POS products, routing, and other requests related to products offered in menu. Given the heavy amount of interaction happening on emails and service to cinemas, fluency in English is critical for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain F&B interfaces: Ensure the smooth functioning of interfaces related to F&B suppliers, guaranteeing data accuracy and integrity.
  • Map new items and substitutes: Review purchases and reports to accurately map new items and substitutes in the F&B interfaces, ensuring proper categorization and inventory management.
  • Ensure correct units of measurement: Verify and maintain the correct units of measurement for F&B items, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all systems and platforms.
  • Review inactive items for catalog updates: Regularly review and update catalogs by identifying and removing inactive items from the system, keeping it up to date and relevant.
  • Analyze and correct cinema recipes: Perform in-depth analysis of cinema recipes, identify cost discrepancies, and make necessary corrections to ensure accurate recipe costing.
  • Provide support for POS-related issues: Assist cinemas with troubleshooting and resolving POS issues, including price changes, requests for new buttons, and routing changes.
  • Support implementation and updating of new menus: Collaborate with the F&B team during the implementation and updating of new menus, ensuring proper integration with the POS systems, accurate pricing, and seamless operations.
  • Monthly update of purchasing dashboards: Update and maintain purchasing dashboards for F&B on a monthly basis, ensuring timely and accurate information for decision-making purposes.
  • Support operations during monthly inventory, be a resource to our regional and operations managers as needed.
  • Ownership of menu rollouts, pricing changes, product substitutions, POS configuration, and operational readiness.
EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and relevant F&B operations experience will be considered.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of five years of experience in F&B operations, inventory management, cost control, purchasing, or restaurant systems, including multi-unit experience.
  • Knowledge of the food and beverage industry, including F&B operations and inventory management systems.
  • Experience analyzing food costs, inventory variances, waste, purchasing trends, and recipe profitability.
  • Experience with ERP, POS, inventory management, and purchasing systems.
  • Professional fluency in English required; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
SKILLS
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and cost discrepancies.
  • Strong planning, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to balance and prioritize work.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with employees, other departments, cinema teams, clients, and senior management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Customer Focus: Dedicated to meeting the needs of both internal and external customers.
