Legends Global is seeking an HR Manager responsible for delivering comprehensive HR operations for the Food & Beverage team on-site in New Orleans, LA. You will partner with operations to support recruitment, training, payroll compliance, and benefits administration across Caesars Superdome, Smoothie King Center, Champions Square, and Shrine on Airline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years HR experience in F&B, hospitality, or events.
• Experience supporting high-volume hourly workforces.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for F&B staff, aligning with policies.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Coordinate training, performance reviews, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Maintain staff schedules, attendance, and personnel files.
• Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate timekeeping and pay.
• Promote inclusive work environment and employee retention.
