Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an HR Manager to oversee operations at The Superdome Campus in New Orleans. You will lead HR activities for the Food & Beverage department, ensuring alignment with policies, safety standards, and payroll processes while supporting company goals and legal compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, hospitality management, business administration, or related field is required.
• 3+ years HR experience, preferably in food & beverage, hospitality or events.
• Experience supporting high-volume hourly workforces with operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for Food & Beverage employees.
• Support full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Coordinate training, performance reviews, and staff development for the F&B team.
• Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local laws and health/safety regulations in F&B.
• Manage employee relations concerns and investigations with leadership.
• Maintain F&B staff schedules, attendance, and personnel files per standards.
• Collaborate with payroll and operations on timekeeping and compensation.
• Assist with HR programs, policies, and benefits for F&B staff.
• Lead or support audits, safety meetings, and compliance activities.
• Promote a positive, inclusive work environment and retention.
