F&B Fuel American Grill Cashier - Part Time

Join us for the F&B Fuel American Grill Cashier - Part Time position at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City.

Position Summary

The incumbent is responsible for greeting guests, arranging prompt seating, and ensuring guests feel welcome and comfortable. As a cashier, primary duties include greeting guests, confirming orders, entering purchase amounts at the Point of Sale, and coordinating with Hosts for seating arrangements.

General Accountabilities

• Provide information on property services and facilities to guests.
• Greet guests, manage seating, and monitor the room atmosphere.
• Quote accurate wait times and manage guest waiting lists or reservations per procedures.
• Process sales at the register, provide receipts, and ensure transaction accuracy.
• Maintain a neat, groomed appearance with attention to sanitation and safety.
• Review and understand all necessary documentation.
• Answer phones following established protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members and Supervisors to ensure quality service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Working Conditions/Essential Functions

Must be able to:

• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Manage reservations and documentation.
• Stand for an entire eight-hour shift.
• Move efficiently throughout the restaurant.
• Lift up to 10 pounds for menus or bussing tables.
• Operate the Micros cash register system.

Job Qualifications
