Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer and route calls professionally, serving as the first point of contact for guests and clients.
• Coordinate reservation confirmations for events and group bookings.
• Develop BEOs for F&B activations and coordinate food/beverage services for events.
• Collaborate with culinary, beverage, sales and events teams to ensure flawless guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate sales records, generate reports, and analyze data for revenue opportunities.
