• Proven ability to develop and mentor diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all food & beverage operations across dining outlets and events.
• Oversee and develop a high-performing front-of-house and culinary team.
• Drive member satisfaction and elevate overall club experience.
• Manage budgets, labor costs, and financial performance.
• Partner with club leadership to deliver exceptional service standards.
• Execute and elevate banqueting, catering, and member events.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
