We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead our hospitality team and elevate our dining and beverage services. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, catering, and room service.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of managers, supervisors, and staff to ensure high standards of service and quality.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to create promotional events, menus, and special offers.
• Conduct regular staff training and development programs to maintain service excellence.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Director or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and develop strategic plans.
• Exceptional organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
