Job summary

Turning Stone Enterprises in Verona, NY is seeking a friendly F&B Counter Server to warmly welcome guests, operate the POS system, and prepare and serve food and drinks with care.

Full-time day or swing shifts are available, with flexible availability including nights and weekends; you will help keep the area clean and inviting, assist guests with slot machines, and work with Turning Stone staff to ensure smooth gaming operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and high energy.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Friendly, positive communication with guests and co-workers.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 41-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and promote a welcoming atmosphere.
• Operate the Point-of-Sale system.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks.
• Keep the store areas clean and inviting.
• Assist guests with slot machines and ticket redemptions.
• Coordinate with Turning Stone staff for gaming operations.
