Job summary

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, seeks a F&B Supervisor for the Legends Global/Boeing Center at Tech Port. You will manage planning, organization, and delivery of food and beverage services for events, interfacing with clients, staff, and contractors to ensure all needs are met.

The role requires oversight of menus, inventory, POS operations, and staffing, with a focus on high-quality guest experiences and compliance with health standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• TABC and Serve-Safe certifications required.
• Experience in management, catering, concessions, inventory control, order management, POS systems and menu planning in arena/stadium environment preferred.
• 1-3 years food service or restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees development, delivery, review, execution and fulfillment of proposals/contracts for concessions and catering events.
• Strategic planning of menus, prices, inventory control, POS systems and revenue opportunities.
• Communicates with clients on status of deadlines, floor plans, insurance, and other details.
• Ensure execution of F&B operations through banquet event orders and contracts.
• Manage part-time staff, contracted event staff, and Non-Profit Groups for concessions and catering.
• Inspect equipment and facilities for operational readiness and safety.
• Plan and maintain inventory for concessions and catering events.
• Coordinate with kitchen and catering staff and service contractors for events.
