Anakeesta is seeking a Food & Beverage Stocker in Gatlinburg, TN to support dining venues by organizing ingredients, supplies, and prepared items. You’ll help maintain commissary efficiency, safety, and cleanliness while assisting kitchen and F&B teams.

• Knowledge of food handling, storage, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in hot or refrigerated environments.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming food and beverage supplies.
• Prepare and portion ingredients for use in dining outlets.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Ensure all storage areas are clean, organized, and comply with food safety regulations.
• Assist in preparing prepped items for daily service across multiple locations.
• Rotate stock using FIFO principles.
• Operate mixers, slicers, and refrigeration units safely.
• Support kitchen and F&B staff with special orders or events.
• Follow sanitation and safety regulations.
