Responsible for providing prompt, friendly, and courteous cashier service to our guests.

Essential Functions:

1. Supply guests with information on services available on property.
2. Assist the guests in any way possible and direct guests to tables.
3. Ensure proper cash handling for all transactions.
4. Ensure guests in each station are being properly attended.
5. Maintain knowledge of current hotel & casino activities, beverage outlets, and operations.
6. Utilize proper procedures and documentation for transactions.
7. Comply with all health and safety standards.
8. Comply with company policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and be available to work on a regular basis.
9. Ensure that Superior Guest Service levels are met according to Standard Operating Procedures.
10. May have to access gaming systems.
11. Attend meetings as scheduled.
12. Other job-related duties as assigned.
