Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous cashier service to our guests.
• Supply guests with information on services available on property.
• Assist guests in any way possible and direct them to tables.
• Ensure proper cash handling for all transactions.
• Ensure guests in each station are being properly attended.
• Maintain knowledge of current hotel & casino activities, beverage outlets, and operations.
• Utilize proper procedures and documentation for transactions.
• Comply with all health and safety standards.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations, and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Ensure that Superior Guest Service levels are met according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Access gaming systems as required.
• Attend meetings as scheduled.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Cash handling experience and basic math ability.
• Some knowledge of food service procedures; ability to deal courteously and tactfully with the public.
• Ability to understand and comply with all company and departmental rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
