Oak Grove Racing & Gaming is seeking an F&B Cashier to ensure quality products and handle all food items per menu standards at our Oak Grove facility in Kentucky.

The role emphasizes guest service, cash transactions, and compliance with safety and licensing requirements. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced concession stand with flexible hours, including weekends and nights.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer Service or Food & Beverage experience is preferred.
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
• Greets guests approaching service area.
• Responsible for preparing and selling all food items on the menu and handling all cash transactions.
• Responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of all food service equipment used to prepare and serve the menu items.
• Must be able to operate all equipment in the stand.
• Maintain current knowledge of daily menus and prices.
• Ensure proper stock of product and supplies needed for service.
• Responsible for opening and closing inventories.
• Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests.
• Performs clean-up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment.
• Standing 8-10 Hours.
• Other duties as assigned.
