Job summary

Saganing Food & Beverage is seeking a friendly, professional server to welcome and seat guests, take orders, and handle payments using MICROS. You will maintain seating charts, manage reservations, and ensure accurate cash handling and closing of all sales.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to operate a POS system (MICROS).
• Must pass a MICROS test with 80% accuracy or better.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders, describe menu items, and input orders into MICROS for accuracy.
• Register and close all sales, reconcile cash and transactions at shift end.
• Maintain seating charts, manage wait lists, and assist with reservations.
• Provide excellent guest service and handle guest concerns professionally.
