Job summary

Solé Miami, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Bartender to join our Sunny Isles team. You will prepare and mix beverages for guests, promote drink specials, and ensure service with a smile and efficiency.

Responsibilities include setting up the bar, maintaining cleanliness, following state liquor laws, handling guests’ requests, and collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. One-year bartending experience preferred; Food Handler Certification required.

Qualifications

• Prefer one year of bartending experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Must have the ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Food Handler Certification required.

A day in the life...

As a Bartender, you will prepare and mix beverages for guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner according to standards. Promote and up-sell drinks and drink promotions.

To be successful in the Bartender position, you...

• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Set up the bar according to hotel standards and ensure that guests are served promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare beverages and cocktails according to the hotel's mixing and presentation standards.
• Serve guests with all beverage requirements in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Break down bar after the completion of functions, storing liquor, supplies and equipment according to the hotel's standards.
• Follow all state liquor laws.
• Know hotel services and facilities.
• Abide by all hotel policies and safety rules.
• Follow prescribed procedures in serving liquor with care to avoid problems with intoxicated guests.
• Respond to guests' problems, complaints and accidents.
• Be familiar with all fire exit locations and fire extinguisher locations and know how to operate.
• Ensure that the bar and service areas are kept clean and tidy during service.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Pay Range

$8.98 - $12 per hour plus tips
