Job summary

Theuniversityunion in Ferndale, WA is seeking a part-time bartender's assistant to help keep the bar and surrounding areas clean and presentable and to support the bartender in daily operations.

Ideal candidates have a High school diploma/GED, at least one year of experience in a high-volume bar, and are 21 years of age or older. Licenses include a Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board Mast Permit and Health Department Card.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning of beverage areas and equipment.
• Provide and replenish beverage stock and supplies.
• Remove empty bottles and any trash.

• Prepare necessary fruit for use in garnishes.
• Responsible for receiving, issuing and keeping necessary records of liquor store and supplies.
• Stocks and rotates all inventories.
• Other Duties as assigned
