Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc in Vancouver, WA is seeking a friendly, outgoing team member to deliver exceptional customer service in our bowling/arcade venue.

You will operate the POS, serve food and drinks, manage inventory, reset seating, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards. A high school diploma or GED is required; 21+ to handle alcohol; bartending experience preferred but not required; open night and weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years experience in hospitality or retail preferred.
• 21+ to serve alcohol.
• Bowling establishment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates POS register for food and drinks (including bar when directed).
• Prepares food and beverage items per company standards.
• Resets and buses the food court seating area.
• Washes and dries dishes, glasses, and utensils.
• Conducts opening and closing procedures (cash tills, cleaning).
• Manages food & beverage inventory per store policies.
• Maintains proper refrigerator/freezer temperatures.
• Manages plate, cup, and utensil inventory.
• Conducts restroom checks and cleaning including rag laundry.
• Responds to customer requests with a friendly demeanor.
• Occasionally operates POS to collect payments and allocate bowling lanes.
• Occasionally operates POS to lend facility/equipment (karaoke, billiards, darts, ping pong).
• Occasionally issues cards/credits for arcade (AM).
• Other duties assigned by store management.
