Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc. is seeking friendly, outgoing team members to join our Food & Beverage operation in Seattle, delivering top‑notch service in a lively bowling/arcade venue. You will operate POS, prepare food and drinks, manage inventory, and handle opening/closing tasks.

A high school diploma or GED is required; 21+ for alcohol; bartending experience is preferred but not required. Open availability, including nights and weekends, is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of hospitality or retail experience required.
• Experience in a bowling establishment preferred but not required.
• Bartending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates POS register for food and drinks.
• Prepares food and beverage items.
• Resets and buses the seating area.
• Washes and dries dishes and utensils.
• Conducts opening/closing procedures.
• Manages food and beverage inventory.
• Maintains refrigerator/freezer temperatures.
• Manages plates, cups and utensils inventory.
• Performs restroom checks and laundry of rags.
• Responds to customer requests with a friendly demeanor.
• Operates POS to collect payments and allocate lanes and arcade credits.
• Other duties as assigned by Store Management.
